Professional Services: Counselling provided by Mikael Enriquez, registered NZAC member.
Appointments: 24-hour cancellation notice required or full fee applies for private clients. Payment due at time of service.
Confidentiality: Strictly maintained except where safety concerns or legal requirements apply.
Emergency Support: For mental health crises, contact your GP, call 111, or Suicide Crisis Helpline (0508 828 865).
Complaints: Discuss concerns directly with Mikael first, or contact NZAC (complaints@nzac.org.nz) or Health & Disability Commissioner (0800 11 22 33).
